New: chat buttons, personal links and quote requests are live
Links
Personal links for your outreach and the greetings they open.
- Greet prospects by name with personal linksLinks in the sidebar: make personal links for your outreach emails. When someone clicks one, Darwin’s chat greets them by name, the agent knows who they are and why you reached out, and each link counts its clicks, chats and outcomes.
- Make and share personal linksLinks → New link: name a personal link, choose the page it opens and the greeting it opens with, save it, then choose your email tool (HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, lemlist or CSV) and copy the link into your email.
- Write greetings for your personal linksLinks → Greetings: write what the chat says to someone who opens your personal link, with their first name, company or job title and words to use when one is missing, up to four reply buttons, a note on what the agent should know, and the outcome it steers toward.
- See results and follow up on personal linksEach personal link’s clicks, chats and outcomes on Links, the conversations it started in Chats, the This person panel, and the team email when someone opens their link.
- Personal links: privacy and what Darwin storesWhat happens when someone opens a personal link: greetings and team emails are always on, each teammate turns off their own link emails in Settings → Notifications, and what Darwin stores, removes from the address and keeps in the darwin_vid cookie.
- Steer link visitors toward a meeting or formLinks → Greetings → Steers toward: give the people from a personal link a goal. Their chat shows Book a meeting or one of your forms at the top, and the agent leans toward it while still answering anything.
