Connect your Webflow account and choose a site. Darwin adds its chat through Webflow’s own custom code, where you can see it as DarwinChat, and keeps it up to date. Publish the site and the chat is live on its pages. Disconnect and Darwin removes the script.

How it works
- 01Connect Webflow. In Darwin, open Integrations, Your website, Webflow and connect your Webflow account.
- 02Add Darwin to a site. Choose the site. Darwin adds its chat script to the site’s custom code as DarwinChat.
- 03Publish and check. Publish the site in Webflow, then open it and start a chat to check the installation.
Before you start
- A Webflow site plan that includes custom code, and permission to publish the site.
- Owner or admin access in your Darwin workspace, to connect Webflow.
- A configured booking provider if you want visitors to schedule meetings.
Questions
Do I paste any code?
No. Darwin adds its script through Webflow’s custom code when you choose a site, and removes it when you disconnect. Pasting the site tag into Webflow’s site-wide custom code still works if you prefer it.
Will it match my website?
Yes. Darwin’s appearance settings control the chat’s colors, typography, avatar, and corners. Review the styling before publishing.
How do I check the installation?
Publish the site, open it in a normal browser window and start a chat.
