The terms for using Darwin and managing your subscription.

These terms are an agreement between you and Super Signal LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. If you use Darwin for a company, you must have authority to accept terms for that company. Contact [email protected] with questions. These terms are effective September 14, 2026. You accept them when you agree to them during checkout or use the service.
What Darwin provides
Darwin provides a website assistant that answers questions from customer-supplied information, helps arrange meetings, and runs experiments on chat openings. Automated setup and experiments depend on the website, connected services, available traffic, and configuration. Meeting volume, conversion improvements, and specific setup times are not guaranteed.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, authorized users, and the websites, documents, and information you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed for Darwin to process that material and interact with visitors on your behalf. You retain your rights in your content and authorize us to process it to provide and maintain the service.
Using AI and connected services
AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review your assistant, keep its information current, and use the test environment before installation. Do not rely on Darwin for emergency or regulated professional advice. Your selected scheduling provider controls its calendar availability and booking behavior, and its own terms also apply.
Plans and payment
A valid payment method is required for every plan. Origin has no fixed subscription fee: the first five eligible bookings are included once per workspace, followed by $20 per booking. Paid plans have a subscription fee, a monthly included-booking allowance, and a per-booking rate above that allowance. Current rates are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Annual subscriptions discount the base fee by 20%; included bookings and excess usage are still measured monthly. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
What counts as a booking
A booking counts when the connected provider confirms a meeting attributable to a Darwin conversation. A button click, opening a calendar, or an unverified browser notification does not count. Test-chat activity is excluded. Duplicate provider notifications do not create duplicate charges, and a reschedule of the same meeting is treated as the same booking. Attendance does not determine whether a booking counts.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can manage your payment method, invoices, plan changes, and renewal in Settings → Billing. Plan changes and subscription cancellation take effect at the end of the applicable subscription period, with no mid-period proration. Annual base fees renew annually. A canceled meeting or no-show does not automatically reverse a booked-meeting usage charge. If you believe a charge is incorrect or want to request a refund or credit, contact [email protected] with the relevant invoice and booking details. We review those requests and correct billing errors. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Darwin for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, unauthorized collection of data, or attempts to access another customer’s workspace. Do not upload secrets or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your assistant. We may restrict abusive use or access that threatens the service or other users.
Account closure and changes
To close your account or request a data export or deletion, contact [email protected]. Canceling subscription renewal in Billing is separate from deleting your workspace data. Unpaid subscriptions may interrupt booking features. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and we will provide any notice required by applicable law.
