Do free-plan signups earn anything?
Commission comes from paid activity only. On the free plan the first five credits cost nothing; from the sixth, the workspace pays 30 dollars a credit and you earn on each one. Monthly and annual plans count from their first invoice.
Can I install Darwin for a client and earn on it?
