Good to know

A few questions, answered.

Can I use a custom scheduling domain?

Yes. Use the complete HTTPS campaign URL supplied by RevenueHero, including your configured custom domain and /campaign/ path.

What does the webhook do?

The campaign link handles scheduling. The webhook confirms the booked appointment and its attribution to a Darwin conversation. Browser-reported bookings wait for that verification.

Can I keep Calendly connected too?

Only one provider handles new bookings at a time. You can switch the active provider in Settings → Scheduling; switching does not cancel existing appointments.
