7 best Qualified alternatives for 2026, with or without Salesforce

Qualified sells Piper, its AI SDR, through a demo and a quote, and it works best on Salesforce.

TL;DR

  • If you run Salesforce and sell to named accounts, Qualified is probably still right for you. Otherwise, pick by the job: Darwin starts free and gets better on its own, Warmly and Breakout add visitor identification, Docket does the setup for you, and HubSpot's own agent suits teams on HubSpot CRM.
  • You will not see a price or a trial from Qualified until you talk to sales. Most of the tools here publish a starting price, and several let you begin free or on a trial.
  • Darwin is the one tool here that gets better on its own. Piper learns from your team's feedback, whereas Darwin runs its own tests on opening lines and keeps whichever ones book more meetings.
  • Switch in stages: export what Piper knows, take a baseline from Salesforce, and give the replacement part of your traffic before the renewal date.

The right alternative to Qualified, the company behind the Piper AI SDR, depends on which part of it you want to keep. If you want an AI agent that answers website visitors and books meetings without a sales cycle or a Salesforce project, start with Darwin. It sets itself up from your URL, shows its price on the website and gets better on its own. Warmly comes closest to Qualified's account-level view of who is visiting, while Breakout sells the same inbound AI SDR idea with a public price list and a free trial. Docket keeps the done-for-you implementation, and 1mind suits enterprises that want agents to run demos on video. Teams on HubSpot CRM should try HubSpot's own agent first, and Intercom fits when support and sales share one messenger.

Most teams start looking for one of three reasons. Qualified publishes no price and lists no trial, so every evaluation begins with a demo. Piper is built on Salesforce, which is ideal if you run it and a harder fit if you don't. And buying it is a project, with a sales cycle and then an implementation before your first visitor sees the chat.

We make Darwin, so we are not neutral here. We have written the page we would want if we were leaving Qualified ourselves, including the cases where staying is the better call. Every price and capability below comes from the vendor's own public pages, and the table shows when we last checked each one.

Qualified alternatives at a glance

Darwin first, then ordered by how closely each tool does Piper's job. Price and booking come first. The last column shows the real difference: only Darwin improves without anyone touching it. Hover over any cell to read the full finding and the date we checked it.

Why teams look for a Qualified alternative

Price comes up first, because there is not one to find. Qualified's pricing page describes three tiers, Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, by what they include, and each one ends in a Schedule a demo button where a number would normally be. No free plan or trial is listed. Until a rep sends a quote, you cannot budget for Qualified or hold it up against anything else.

The second reason is fit. Qualified sells Piper as an enterprise AI SDR built on Salesforce, and the booking flow it documents uses Salesforce to find the right rep and open that rep's calendar. If your company lives in Salesforce, that is the whole appeal. If you run HubSpot, or have no Salesforce admin to spare, you pay for depth you will rarely use.

The third is the work around it. Getting Piper live takes a sales cycle and an implementation, and most setup documentation sits behind Qualified University, not on the public site. Once it runs, Piper answers from the messaging, product details and FAQs your team uploads, so someone has to keep those files in step with your website. It also improves through your team's feedback; the public pages do not describe it testing new openings on its own.

Some readers are here because of Drift. Clari + Salesloft announced a gradual sunset of Drift in March 2026. Existing customers are being referred to 1mind, which leaves many Drift teams choosing between a program the size of Qualified and something lighter. Our Drift alternatives guide covers that choice from the Drift side.

What Qualified does well, and what to keep

None of that makes Qualified a weak product. On the right stack it is very good, so list what you would give up before you sign anything else.

  • It recognizes accounts. Piper reads intent from Salesforce and your marketing tools, so a target account can get a greeting about its own business, and a live rep, while it is still on the page.
  • Meetings go to the right person. Routing runs through Salesforce, which picks the rep who owns the account and shows that rep's live calendar in the chat.
  • It works beyond the chat window. Piper engages, qualifies and books across voice, video and email as well as chat.
  • There are people behind it. Qualified runs implementation and support like an enterprise program, and its playbook has you test Piper on limited segments, such as off-hours traffic, before going wide.
  • The reporting sits in Salesforce, where meetings booked, conversation rates and handoffs land next to the pipeline they created.

Use those five as your checklist. Most of the alternatives below cover the booking and the reporting, two come close on account recognition, and none goes as deep into Salesforce. One thing is missing from Qualified and from every other tool here except Darwin: chat that rewrites and tests its own opening lines, then keeps whichever one books more meetings.

Darwin: a self-serve AI SDR that gets better on its own

Best for

Teams that want an AI SDR on the website this week, with the price on the page and no Salesforce project.

Not for

Account-based programs that depend on recognizing companies, or teams that want email and voice follow-up.

Darwin is the short route to what most teams buy Qualified for: a website conversation that ends in a booked meeting. Paste your URL and Darwin reads your site, drafts the assistant and writes its first opening line, so its knowledge comes from your pages rather than a folder of uploads. When a visitor is ready to talk, it offers a time on your team's calendar through Calendly, RevenueHero or HubSpot Meetings, and the visitor never leaves the chat.

After launch comes the part that nothing else on this page does, Qualified included. Darwin gets better on its own. It writes new opening lines for each page, tests them against each other, keeps whichever one books more meetings and then starts the next test. Piper improves when your team reviews it; Darwin improves while your team is doing something else.

Nobody has to send you a quote, either. Darwin's entry plan, Origin, has no monthly fee and comes with 5 free bookings, which is enough to see whether it books meetings on your site. After those, it bills $20/booking. Once you book regularly, a paid plan with a monthly allowance makes more sense, and those start at $99/mo.

Setup is shown step by step on the how it works page, and every plan is on the pricing page.

QualifiedFeedback-basedYesUploaded contentQuote-based
DarwinYesVia integrationYesPlan fee + bookings

Darwin pros

  • Gets better on its own, with no tests for your team to run
  • Sets itself up from your URL, with no Salesforce admin required
  • Books the meeting inside the chat through Calendly, RevenueHero or HubSpot Meetings
  • Published prices, built around booked meetings

Darwin cons

  • No company identification, so no account-level greetings like Piper's
  • Website chat only: no email, voice or video follow-up, and no outbound
  • A younger product with a shorter enterprise track record than Qualified

Verdict. The lighter way out of Qualified: a public price, setup from your URL, and chat that keeps improving after launch. If account-level personalization inside Salesforce is the whole point, stay where you are.

Warmly: visitor identification with an AI chat agent

warmly.ai
Best for

Account-based teams that want to see which companies and people are on the site before the chat starts.

Not for

Teams that want to start free, or that only need the conversation and the booking.

If the part of Qualified you value most is knowing who is on the site, Warmly is the closest thing on this list. It de-anonymizes your traffic and then personalizes its AI chat with CRM records, earlier visits and intent signals, so a target account still gets a greeting that fits. When someone wants to talk, they can book straight from the chat onto a Google, Outlook or Chili Piper calendar.

You can also see the price before a demo. That does not mean it costs less than Qualified, but it gives you a real number to hold a quote against. AI Web-Deanonymization starts at $10,000 per year; Inbound Chat at $20,000 per year. Either way, you sign an annual contract, or a quarterly one at a higher rate, and no free plan or trial is listed. The agent learns from the documents, FAQs and sample conversations your team provides; nothing we found says it reads your website on its own.

Warmly cons

  • Contract pricing, with no free plan or trial listed
  • Monthly credits on top of the contract, and overage pricing is not shown
  • Website crawling for knowledge is not specified

Verdict. Pick Warmly if the thing you would miss most about Qualified is knowing the account before the first message. It is a different contract, not a lighter one.

Breakout homepage, screenshot from September 2026

Breakout: an inbound AI SDR with a price list and a trial

getbreakout.ai
Best for

Teams that want a Piper-style inbound AI SDR they can try before signing anything.

Not for

Teams that want a free plan for good, or that only need chat and not forms.

Breakout sells the same thing Qualified does, an inbound AI SDR, and it goes after the same buyers; it even publishes its own comparison with Qualified. The agent identifies visitors, tailors its nudges to their industry, size and region, and handles both the chat and the form fill. Either one can end in a booked meeting, through a pre-filled, one-click calendar step.

What changes is the buying process. The tiers are on the website, and Signals, which covers visitor identification, starts at $500/mo. The AI SDR itself comes with Growth, which starts at $2,000/mo. There is also a 30 day trial, with no card needed, so you can watch the agent work on your own traffic before anyone sends a contract.

Two details are missing from the public pages: any usage charges beyond the plan fee, and whether the agent reads your website. You point it at your knowledge base and give it instructions instead.

Breakout pros

  • Does Piper's job: identifies, engages, books and hands off to reps
  • Chat and Smart Forms both end in one-click booking
  • Published monthly tiers and a free trial without a card

Breakout cons

  • The AI SDR needs Growth, a mid-market budget rather than a small-team one
  • Usage charges beyond the plan fee are not published
  • Website crawling for knowledge is not specified

Verdict. The closest like-for-like swap for Qualified, and one you can trial before you commit. Budget for Growth, not Signals.

Docket: done-for-you setup with a published price

docket.io
Best for

Mid-market and enterprise teams that want Qualified-style service and a starting price on the page.

Not for

Smaller sites, or anyone who wants to try the product before an annual contract.

Docket suits teams that liked having someone else do the setup. Its own team implements the agent, which answers from a Sales Knowledge Lake that pulls together CRM records, call recordings, documents and wikis, so it can handle the detailed product questions a rep would. It qualifies visitors, books meetings and syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot, and it can talk by voice as well as text.

Unlike Qualified, Docket shows you where its prices begin. Growth starts at $3,000 per month, billed annually. Plans grow with monthly visitors rather than seats, and every plan includes unlimited conversations. The trade-off is commitment: you sign for a year, and Docket says plainly that there is no free trial.

Docket cons

  • Not self-serve; nothing goes live until implementation is done
  • Website crawling for knowledge is not specified

Verdict. A sensible move if you want the white-glove part of Qualified with a price you can see in advance. Too much tool for a small site.

1mind: AI agents that demo on video, and Drift's successor

1mind.com
Best for

Enterprise teams that want AI agents to run product demos by video and voice.

Not for

Anyone leaving Qualified to get away from quote-only pricing or a long implementation.

1mind is on this list because of Drift. Clari + Salesloft has named it the exclusive successor for Drift customers, so if you are coming from Drift, it is the option your account team is set up to recommend.

Its agents, which 1mind calls Superhumans, qualify visitors, run product demos and handle objections on your website, inside your product and on live calls, by video and voice as well as text. Buying one feels a lot like buying Qualified: you book a demo and wait for a quote. The public pages do not mention a trial, and they do not describe a meeting being booked inside the chat.

Salesloft explains the arrangement in its partnership announcement.

HubSpot: the AI agent for teams on HubSpot CRM

hubspot.com
Best for

Teams whose CRM is HubSpot rather than Salesforce, and who want chat that lives inside it.

Not for

Salesforce shops, or teams that want opening lines to improve without hand-editing.

Qualified's case rests on Salesforce. If your CRM is HubSpot, most of that case falls away, and you may already own a reasonable replacement. Free tools include live chat and a limited chatbot with HubSpot branding. Paid hubs start at $20/seat/mo, and the branding comes off from Starter upward.

The AI part is the Breeze customer agent, which learns from your public web pages and HubSpot content. It needs the Professional or Enterprise tier and is paid for by usage. The customer agent uses 50 HubSpot Credits per resolved conversation. Booking happens through HubSpot meetings links rather than a calendar inside the chat, but those links already know your reps and your contacts.

  • Booking is a meetings link, not a calendar in the chat

Intercom: when support and sales share one messenger

intercom.com
Best for

Companies where one team answers customers and prospects, and a help desk is part of the job.

Not for

Pipeline-only teams that do not need a help desk or per-seat pricing.

Qualified is a pipeline tool and does not try to handle support. Intercom comes from the other direction: it is a customer-service platform with a shared inbox, ticketing and a help center, and it has grown a sales layer on top. Fin for Sales can qualify leads and book in Messenger. The booking runs through Intercom's Calendly and HubSpot integrations, and Fin can draft a sales playbook from a prompt or from your pricing page.

You pay in two parts. The platform begins at $39/seat/mo, and the AI is metered on top. Fin pricing starts at $0.99 per outcome. There is a 14 day trial, which is more than Qualified offers, but no free plan once it ends.

Intercom cons

  • Seats plus per-outcome fees, so the bill rises with usage
  • Booking depends on a Calendly or HubSpot integration
  • Sales is the add-on here, not the core product

Qualified pricing vs the alternatives

Qualified gives you nothing to compare until the quote arrives, so it pays to know the other numbers before that call. The alternatives group neatly by what they charge for.

1mind is the one alternative here that still sells by quote. It works the way Qualified does, through a demo and a quote, with no trial listed, so it will not help if predictable pricing is the reason you are leaving.

Warmly and Docket sell annual contracts but publish where they start. Warmly's identification tier starts at $10,000/yr, and inbound chat sits in a higher tier. Docket's entry plan is billed annually from $3,000/mo and includes unlimited conversations.

Breakout publishes monthly tiers instead. Its AI SDR comes with Growth, which starts at $2,000/mo, and the trial lets you check the fit before paying anything.

HubSpot and Intercom charge per seat and then meter the AI. HubSpot's paid hubs begin at $20/seat/mo, and the customer agent uses credits on top of that. Intercom begins at $39/seat/mo, with Fin's per-outcome fees added to the seats.

Darwin prices around booked meetings, so you pay for the result rather than the activity. Origin has no monthly fee, and once its free bookings are used, the rate is $20/booking. The paid plans, Adapt, Evolve and Apex, start at $99/mo and include bookings every month. Extra bookings cost $15 on Adapt, $10 on Evolve and $5 on Apex.

Whichever way you lean, ask what each price is counting. Seats grow with headcount, credits and outcomes grow with conversations, and a contract grows with whatever you negotiated. Darwin's bill grows only when meetings get booked, and our pricing page shows what each plan includes and what a booking costs after that.

How to switch from Qualified

Most of the work is moving what Piper knows and how it routes meetings. Take these steps roughly in this order.

  1. Check the contract. Find the renewal date and any notice period, and plan backwards from whichever comes first.
  2. Export what Piper knows. Save the messaging, product details, FAQs and knowledge-base material your team uploaded, plus the routing rules and the criteria for who gets a meeting.
  3. Record a baseline. Pull a quarter of meetings booked, conversation rates and rep handoffs from Salesforce, page by page, while you still have full access.
  4. Rebuild routing, then test it. Connect the new tool to your scheduler and book a test meeting for every territory or segment you route, checking that each one lands with the right owner.
  5. Decide what replaces account recognition. If Piper's greetings to target accounts mattered, choose a tool that identifies companies, such as Warmly or Breakout. If they did not, page-level openings that a tool like Darwin keeps testing may do more for you.
  6. Start on a slice of traffic. Qualified's own playbook launches Piper on limited segments first, such as off-hours traffic. Treat the replacement the same way, compare it with your baseline, then widen it.
  7. Remove Qualified's script last. Check every page template once it is gone, and repoint any Salesforce reports that were built on Qualified data.

How to choose a Qualified alternative

The quickest way to narrow this list is to be honest about why you started looking.

  • If you run Salesforce, sell to named accounts and have someone in RevOps to look after Piper, stay put; on that stack Qualified is hard to beat.
  • Teams that simply want more meetings from the website they already have, without a project, should try Darwin first, which they can start free today.
  • Seeing the company name before the visitor says hello is Warmly's specialty, so start there if that is the part of Qualified you would miss.
  • Breakout is the one to trial if you want something that works like Piper and would rather judge it on your own traffic before signing.
  • Docket suits the team that wants implementation handled for it and is happy to sign an annual plan to get that.
  • 1mind is worth a demo only if video agents that present your product are the reason you are shopping.
  • On HubSpot CRM, turn on HubSpot's chat and customer agent before you pay for anything designed around Salesforce.
  • And if your messenger has to field support tickets as well as sales questions, Intercom handles both.

Whatever ends up on your shortlist, test it the way a buyer would. Go to your own pricing page, ask the chat something awkward, and see whether you leave with a straight answer and a time on the calendar.

FAQ

Questions about Qualified alternatives.

What are the best Qualified alternatives?

It depends on what you want to get away from. If it is the price and the sales cycle, Darwin puts an AI SDR on your site the same day and gets better on its own. Breakout is the closest like-for-like, with a free trial, and Warmly suits teams that care most about account identification. Docket keeps a services team involved, HubSpot fits HubSpot CRM users, Intercom adds a help desk, and 1mind demos on video.

How much does Qualified cost?

Qualified doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page lists Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, describes what each includes, and puts a Schedule a demo button where you would expect a number, with no free plan or trial. You learn the cost at the end of the sales process, as a quote, so have a couple of alternatives' published prices in front of you before that call.

What is Qualified Piper?

Piper is Qualified's AI SDR agent. It talks to visitors on your website, works out whether they are worth a meeting, and books one on the right rep's calendar, using Salesforce to decide who that rep is. Qualified says Piper also works across voice, video and email. It learns from the messaging, product details and FAQs you upload, and it changes its behavior based on your team's feedback.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Qualified?

Probably, but you can only be sure once you have Qualified's quote, because it publishes no price to compare with. What you can do is line up the published entry points. Darwin's Origin plan has no monthly fee and bills $20/booking once the free ones are used. HubSpot's chat tools are free to start, and Breakout's AI SDR tier is listed at $2,000/mo. Docket, the most service-heavy option, starts at $3,000/mo on an annual plan.

Qualified vs Drift: which is better now?

If you are buying today, Qualified is the safer choice, if only because Drift is being wound down. Clari + Salesloft announced a gradual sunset of Drift in March 2026. Existing customers are being referred to 1mind, with no end date published. Qualified is the natural step up for teams that used Drift's enterprise features on Salesforce. If you mostly used Drift to answer questions and book meetings, Darwin, Breakout or HubSpot's chat will do that job with far less setup.

Does Qualified work without Salesforce?

Qualified calls itself an AI SDR built on Salesforce, and its documented booking flow uses Salesforce to pick the rep and show that rep's live calendar. The product page lists other integrations too, HubSpot among them, but the public pages don't explain how routing works without Salesforce. On another CRM, ask for a reference customer on your stack before you sign, and compare HubSpot's own agent or a tool that doesn't depend on your CRM, like Darwin.
