Beyond meetings

Some buyers want a price before they want a call. Outcomes let them ask for a quote, a callback or anything your team needs, right in the chat. Your team gets every answer it needs to reply.

Set it up once. Pick what visitors can ask for, write your questions and decide who fits. Darwin handles the conversation.

  1. Book a meeting is built in. Add Request a quote or Request a callback from a template, or build your own form with up to seven questions.

  2. When a visitor asks to book or for a quote, Darwin opens the form with everything they’ve already said filled in.

  3. Every request lands in Meetings › Requests and your inbox, marked Fit or Not a fit, with a link to the conversation.

Start from what’s built in. Book a meeting, a quote or a callback. Or start from scratch with your own questions.

Requests your team can act on. Labelled, complete and with the right contact details.

Fit rules you set.

Set the lowest budget that fits, or mark an answer as not a fit. Darwin labels every request before your team opens it.

Fills in what it knows.

Anything the visitor already said is filled in, so they only answer what’s missing.

You pay for real requests.

A booked meeting or a request that fits uses one credit. Leads that don’t fit and repeats cost nothing.

Outcomes questions, answered.

What is an outcome in Darwin?

An outcome is something a visitor can get done in your chat. Book a meeting is built in, and you can add forms such as Request a quote or Request a callback. Your agent opens the right form when a visitor asks for it, and the answers go to your team.

How are requests billed?

A request that passes your fit rules uses one credit, the same as a booked meeting: first from your plan’s included credits, then at your plan’s rate. Leads that fail your fit rules, repeats from the same email within 30 days and preview chats cost nothing, a conversation uses at most one credit, and you have three days to take a request that wasn’t real off your bill.

Can visitors open a form without asking the agent?

Yes. A form can have its own button at the top of the chat, and a chat button on your website can open it directly.

Where do requests go?

To Meetings → Requests in Darwin and to the email addresses you choose. You can send them to your CRM through Zapier or a webhook, read them with the API, or ask your AI assistant about them through Darwin’s MCP server.

Can I ask qualifying questions before a meeting?

Yes. Add questions to Book a meeting and visitors answer them before they see the calendar. Visitors who aren’t a fit by your rules see your message instead, and their answers still reach you. Free allows one question with a fit rule per outcome; Growth and Agency have no limit.

Works with the rest of Darwin. One chat, every step from first question to booked meeting.
