Integrations

Integrate with Zapier

Send leads, meetings and requests for a person from your chat to thousands of apps, without code.

Darwin's Zapier app starts a Zap the moment something happens in your website chat: a visitor leaves their name and email, books a meeting, or asks for a person. Zapier then does the rest in the tools you already use, from your CRM to your team's chat.

01

Instant, not hourly.

Darwin sends each event to Zapier as it happens, so a new lead reaches your team while the visitor is still on your site.

02

The whole conversation.

Every event carries the visitor's details, the page, the traffic source, Darwin's grade and a link to the conversation.

03

Nine triggers to start from.

New leads, meetings, requests for a person, graded conversations and test winners, plus actions that add contacts and knowledge to Darwin.

The connection

How they work together.

  1. 01

    Create a key.

In Darwin, create an API key for Zapier under Settings, API.

  2. 02

    Pick a trigger.

In Zapier, choose Darwin and the event that should start the Zap.

  3. 03

    Choose what happens.

Add any of Zapier's apps, map the fields, test it and turn it on.

A quick setup check.

  • A Zapier account. Darwin is in private beta on Zapier: the setup guide has the invite link that adds it to your account.
  • Owner or admin access in Darwin, to create an API key for Zapier.

FAQ

Zapier integration questions.

Which apps can I connect?

Any app on Zapier. The setup guides cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Klaviyo step by step.

Do my agent tests start Zaps?

No. Conversations in the Agent Studio preview never start a Zap. To test end to end, chat on your live website.

Can I do this without Zapier?

Yes. Darwin's webhooks send the same events to any HTTPS address, and the REST API reads conversations, contacts and meetings. See Webhooks + API.
