Fix a problem

The chat isn’t showing, an answer is wrong, a booking is missing or tests stall.

• The chat isn't showingFix a Darwin chat that doesn't appear on your website: check that the agent is live, the domain is allowed, the site tag is installed, and the opening message isn't hidden.
• Fix an answerFix a wrong or incomplete answer from your agent: find the conversation, check the page it should answer from in Agent Studio → Knowledge, add the missing facts, and ask again in the preview.
• A booking is missingFix a booking that didn't work or doesn't show in Darwin: check the calendar connection in Integrations → Scheduling, the meeting's status in Meetings, and the conversation it came from.
• Experiments aren't movingFind out why Darwin's opening experiments aren't starting or finishing: automatic testing is off, the background check is delayed, a page needs more views, the test limit is reached, or a winner is waiting for you.
