THE SIDE-BY-SIDE

The difference,
at a glance.

Big Salesforce shops with an enterprise budget will find a lot to like in Qualified: an AI SDR plugged into every stage of the funnel. Most teams aren't that. If what you want is more booked meetings from the website you already have, and you'd like it running before the end of the day, that's the gap Darwin fills. The tables below show how each one improves over time, what setup takes, and what the bill looks like.

THE DARWIN DIFFERENCE

Your chat works on getting better.

Darwin keeps trying new openings on the pages you allow it to, and it keeps the ones that get visitors talking and booking. You don't run the tests. You just show up to the meetings.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

Before you
make the move.

How much does Qualified cost?

Qualified doesn't say. Its pricing page lists Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate tiers with a Schedule a demo button and no dollar amounts or trial. Darwin's Origin plan has no monthly fee, includes five bookings, and then charges per booked meeting; paid plans add monthly allowances.

68
Does Piper book meetings?

It does. When a visitor is ready, Piper looks up the right rep in Salesforce, shows that rep's live calendar and books the slot inside the chat. Darwin's version is simpler: it proposes a time in the conversation and finishes the booking through whichever scheduler you've connected. In both cases your calendar provider decides what gets logged as a real booking, so check that first.

379
Does Piper improve on its own?

Qualified says Piper uses your feedback to modify her behavior, and its playbook recommends reviewing metrics and adjusting her logic. That's improvement driven by your team. Darwin runs the opening experiments itself, on each eligible page, promotes the better variant and starts again.

123
Do I need Salesforce to use Qualified?

Not officially, but it helps. Qualified describes its platform as built natively on Salesforce and uses Salesforce data to route meetings to the right rep, even though it also lists HubSpot, Marketo and Outreach among its integrations. Darwin doesn't care what CRM you run. It reads your website, connects to your scheduler and gets to work.
