The cheapest way in is Routing & Scheduling at $1,250 a month, though Chili Piper bills it annually, so the real number is $15,000 up front for 15 seats and 45,000 AI credits. Experiences jumps to $3,500 a month for 30 seats, and the pricing page doesn't mention a trial. Darwin has nothing resembling a seat fee. Origin costs $0 a month, five bookings come free, and every meeting after that is what you pay for.

Yes, and honestly this is the part Chili Piper does better than almost anyone. When Chat AI recognizes a meeting request it triggers the Schedule Meeting action, and a Journey can show a calendar that round-robins the visitor straight to the right rep. Darwin approaches booking with less machinery. The chat offers a time, then your scheduler, whichever one you've connected, does the rest. Before you compare numbers, make sure you know what each scheduler counts as a booked meeting.
