A booked meeting is no longer the only way a conversation can end. Start from a template such as Request a quote or Request a callback, or build your own form with up to seven questions. Darwin opens it in the chat when a visitor asks.
- Fit rules: mark the answers that aren't a fit, or the range a number has to fall in. Requests that don't fit still reach you, marked Not a fit.
- Ends in a meeting: visitors who fit can go straight on to your calendar.
- Before any meeting: make one form required before a visitor can book.
- Requests: every request in one list, emailed to your team and to anyone else you add.
