The launcher used to wait for its settings before drawing anything, and the opening message started its timer late, so it appeared at a different moment on every page.
Now the launcher is on screen with the page, and the opening message appears 2.5 seconds after the page starts loading, on every Darwin install.
The chat window was rebuilt at the same time: a solid window and a cleaner closed state, both drawn from your theme.
