A Book a meeting button sits under the agent's name, and booking cards ask for one thing at a time.

Visitors who are ready to talk shouldn't have to ask. The chat header now has a Book a meeting button in your brand color, shown whenever booking is set up.

  • It never asks twice: if a booking card is already open, the button takes the visitor back to it.
  • Pressed while Darwin is answering, it waits for the answer to finish, then opens the calendar.
  • Booking cards ask for one thing at a time, and the chat is flatter and more compact on desktop.
