We redesigned every part of the chat your visitors see, from the launcher to the last message. Sending works exactly as before.

  • Opening message: a compact card with a round avatar and the agent's name first. Its reply buttons are stacked as thin pills that suit any brand color.
  • Chat window: drawn on your site's own background with pale reply bubbles and no outline. Desktop text is 14 px; phones stay at 16 px.
  • Buttons: every label is the same medium weight, and the reply buttons above the message box match the opening's.
  • Header: once a conversation scrolls, it tightens to one row and keeps its button beside the name.
