We put the visitor chat through the ways people really browse, and fixed what broke.
- Refresh mid-reply. If a visitor refreshes or follows a link while Darwin is answering, the next page shows the whole answer.
- Several tabs. Tabs of the same site stay in step instead of overwriting each other's messages.
- Double clicks. Pressing a button twice counts once.
- Long chats. Very long conversations keep working, and the whole transcript is still saved.
- Booking. Pressing Book a meeting with a form already open takes the visitor to that form, and a refresh keeps the answers they gave.
Meetings come from your calendar. Darwin records a booking when it lands on your connected calendar, instead of trusting what the browser reports.
One set of typing dots when a chat button lets Darwin speak first.
