# Darwin + Calendly

Turn an interested visitor into a confirmed meeting, right inside your chat.

This is the Markdown version of https://www.meetdarwin.ai/integrations/calendly, published by Darwin and generated on 29 October 2026.

Darwin takes the questions, Calendly supplies the open times. The visitor picks a slot and confirms right there in the chat, no detour to another page.

## What you can do

- **Keep the momentum.** Visitors move from a buying question to a meeting in the same chat.
- **Use your real availability.** Your selected Calendly event controls available times, duration, and calendar conflicts.
- **Know the meeting is booked.** Darwin checks Calendly’s confirmation and records the meeting against the conversation.

## How they work together

1. **Connect your calendar.** Authorize Calendly in Darwin and select a supported meeting type.
2. **Let the conversation lead.** Darwin answers questions and offers a meeting when the visitor is ready.
3. **Put it on the calendar.** The visitor picks a time and confirms. Calendly sends the invitation; Darwin shows the confirmed booking.

## Before you connect

- A Calendly Standard or higher account, with an active meeting type.
- Currently supports single-host events with a Google Meet or Zoom location.
- Owner or admin access to the Darwin workspace. Choose one booking provider for new meetings.

## Questions

**Does the visitor have to leave the chat?**

No. The visitor enters their details, picks an available time, and confirms the meeting inside Darwin chat.

**Where do I manage availability?**

In Calendly. Darwin uses the meeting type you select, including its duration, available hours, and calendar conflicts.

**Can I try it before going live?**

Yes. Test chat runs on sample times, so nothing real gets booked. When you want to prove the live connection, go to your actual website, book a meeting through the chat yourself, and watch it show up on the calendar.
