# Get a problem resolved

## Contact support

Email [support@meetdarwin.ai](mailto:support@meetdarwin.ai) and include:

- The workspace name and the screen you were on.
- The page address, if the problem is on your website.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact error message and roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
- The steps to make it happen again.
- A screenshot, with visitors' personal details hidden.

For a booking, add the visitor's email and the booking time. For a charge, add the invoice number and the period it covers.

Never send passwords, sign-in or reset links, card numbers, API keys or webhook addresses.

## If a control is missing

What you can change depends on your role. Admins and members can't manage billing or the team, and members can't change the agent, knowledge, integrations or experiments. Ask your workspace owner, or see [Invite your team](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/account-and-billing/invite-your-team).
