# Analytics

Darwin counts the visits, conversations and meetings on every page of your site, by page and by source.

This is the Markdown version of https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/analytics, published by Darwin and generated on 25 October 2026.

## See which pages and campaigns book meetings.

Most traffic reports stop at the visit. Darwin follows each visitor from the page they landed on to the meeting they booked, so you can see which pages and campaigns bring in sales conversations.

## From visit to meeting, counted. One page in Darwin shows what your website books, where buyers drop off and what they want.

1. **See your progress, month over month.** Visitors, conversations and meetings, each compared with the month before.
2. **See where buyers drop off.** Darwin counts every step from visit to booked meeting, so you know which one to fix next.
3. **See what buyers ask about.** Darwin sorts every conversation by topic and buying stage, so you know what your pages need to answer.

## Watch it grow. Every request, every meeting, and the people worth a follow-up.

- **Every outcome, counted.** Meetings, quote requests, callbacks and trials, each listed with who sent it.
- **Watch meetings climb.** Meetings booked per day, against the period before.
- **Know who to follow up.** Darwin lists the leads who didn’t book, the visitors who asked for a person and the chats that went wrong.

## Take the numbers anywhere. Keep them clean, ask about them, no setup.

- **Your own visits left out.** Mark your team’s browsers and office address, and their visits stay out of the numbers.
- **Ask your AI assistant.** Ask Claude or ChatGPT how your pages are doing through Darwin’s MCP server.
- **No tags to set up.** The same line of code that adds the chat counts every visit on every page.

## Questions

**Can I see results for individual pages?**

Yes. Analytics splits performance out by page, and the Experiments view shows which tests and openings are running on one page or on a group of pages.

**Are meetings booked and meetings held the same metric?**

No. A booking is a meeting scheduled on your calendar; a held meeting actually takes place. Darwin reports bookings and bills confirmed bookings and qualified requests (credits), not attendance.

**Does a lift in an experiment mean the same lift in meetings?**

Not automatically. Darwin picks winners by the share of visitors who reached the booking step, meaning they saw times, asked for a meeting or booked, and it never applies an opening that books fewer meetings than the one it replaces. Check the meetings column in the test before you celebrate.

**Can I see which traffic sources book meetings?**

Yes. Analytics lists your sources, such as Google, ChatGPT, LinkedIn or Direct, with the visitors, chats and meetings each one brought. Click a source and the whole report filters to it.

**Does Darwin score or qualify leads?**

It grades conversations: whether it understood the visitor, a qualification score out of 10, and the visitor's buying stage, from Not looking yet to Ready to buy. The grades come from AI and are meant to point you to the conversations worth reading, so numbers based on fewer than 30 graded conversations are greyed out.

**Can we get the numbers into our own reporting tools?**

Yes. The REST API, included on every plan, returns conversations, contacts, meetings and the analytics report as JSON, and webhooks send leads, meetings and requests for a person to your systems as they happen. You can also connect Claude or ChatGPT to Darwin and ask about your results in plain English.
