- [AI chat & meetings](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/ai-chat) — Visitors ask real questions. Darwin answers them from your website and knowledge base, then helps the interested ones book time with your team in the scheduler you already use.
- [Autonomous experiments](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/experiments) — Every page gets its own opening line, and Darwin keeps experimenting with it. The versions that start more conversations and book more meetings stay. Your team never has to set up a test.
- [Conversion analytics](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/analytics) — Traffic, conversations and meetings for every page of your website, in one place. Find the pages that book, and read the conversations behind the numbers.
- [Custom branding](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/branding) — Your colors. Your fonts. Your avatar. Even the corner radius. The chat should look like something you built, right through to the moment it offers a meeting.
- [Knowledge & control](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/features/knowledge) — Darwin turns your website and your documents into answers visitors can use. You set the voice and the boundaries, and try the conversation before anyone else sees it.

## Questions

**What does Darwin's AI chatbot actually do?**

Five things, all on your own website. It answers visitor questions from your pages and knowledge base. It offers a meeting when someone shows real interest and books it inside the chat through Calendly or RevenueHero. It writes and tests a different opening line for each page and keeps the one that books more. It reports the whole path from visit to meeting. And it wears your brand, down to the corner radius.

**Are all features included on every plan?**

Yes. You get the whole product on every plan, and chats and optimized pages are never metered. What changes between Origin, Adapt, Evolve and Apex is money and volume: the monthly base fee, the bookings included each month, the price of a booking past that, and whether a small Darwin badge sits on the widget.

**Can I turn the automatic experiments off?**

You can. In Automation settings you choose whether Darwin launches new tests on its own and whether winning openings go live automatically or wait for someone on your team to approve them. Everything else, answers, booking, reporting and branding, keeps working either way.
