# 8 Best Warmly Alternatives in 2026, After the HubSpot Deal

Warmly identifies visitors and chats with them. Eight alternatives for either job, with prices, trials and the catch in each.

## TL;DR

- Warmly does two jobs: it identifies who is on your website, and its AI chat talks to them and books meetings. Decide which job you are replacing before you compare tools.
- For both jobs in one product, look at Breakout, Qualified or Docket. For identification alone, RB2B, Leadfeeder, HubSpot's Buyer Intent and 6sense cover everything from free plans to enterprise contracts. For the chat that books meetings, Darwin is the best fit, though it identifies no one.
- Person-level identification, which names the individual visitor, is mostly a US product. RB2B limits it to US traffic, and Leadfeeder identifies companies only.
- Warmly agreed in June 2026 to be acquired by HubSpot. It says contracts and pricing are unchanged for now, so check the roadmap before you renew.

Which of the Warmly alternatives fits depends on which half of Warmly you use. Warmly identifies the people and companies on your website, and its AI chat then talks to them and books meetings. If you want both jobs in one product, Breakout is the closest match with a public price list, [Qualified](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/qualified-alternatives) is the enterprise choice for teams on Salesforce, and Docket suits busy sites that want the setup done for them. If identification is the part you need, RB2B names individual US visitors from a free plan, Leadfeeder (formerly Dealfront) identifies companies with European privacy rules in mind, HubSpot's Buyer Intent does it inside your HubSpot account, and 6sense adds intent data for enterprise account-based selling. If the job is booking sales meetings from your website chat, Darwin is the best fit, because it books inside the chat and [tests its own opening lines](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/self-improving-ai-chat) to book more of them; it does not identify anyone, so it replaces only that half of Warmly.

Warmly is also changing hands. On 30 June 2026 Warmly announced an agreement to be acquired by HubSpot; it says existing contracts, pricing and integrations stay unchanged for now. It adds that its agents will connect to HubSpot's platform over time. For a HubSpot customer that is good news. If your CRM is Salesforce or something else, ask how Warmly will support it before your next renewal. A disclosure: we make [Darwin](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/), so we are not neutral. It comes last because it does only one of Warmly's two jobs. It answers visitors in the chat and books the meeting, but it cannot tell you who a visitor is. For that one job, booking meetings from the chat, we think it is the strongest option on this list, and its sections below say why and when to pick something else. Every price and capability below comes from the vendor's own pages and carries the date we last checked it.

**Warmly alternatives at a glance**
The first three identify visitors and chat with them, like Warmly. The next four identify visitors and leave the conversation to you. The last one chats and books but does not identify visitors. Hover over a cell for the source and the date we checked it.

## What Warmly does, and which part you are replacing

Warmly sells its product in layers. The first plan, AI Web-Deanonymization, starts at $10,000/yr and tells you which people and companies are on your site, with alerts and lead routing. Inbound Chat, from $20,000/yr, adds the AI chatbot and live chat. The top tier adds an Autopilot agent that qualifies visitors and follows up by itself. Warmly books meetings directly in the chat, through [Google Calendar](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/integrations/google-calendar), Outlook or [Chili Piper](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/chili-piper-alternatives) links. You sign for a year, or for a quarter at a higher rate, and every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. When we asked the chat on Warmly's pricing page what it costs, on 1 October 2026, it listed every tier and its price without asking who we were. The chats on Qualified's and HubSpot's websites asked for an email address instead when we put the same question to them. Most teams lean on one layer more than the others, so start by naming yours:

- **The names.** You use the identification to see which accounts visited, alert reps and feed outbound. Look at RB2B, Leadfeeder, HubSpot or 6sense.
- **The conversation.** You use the chat to answer visitors and put meetings on the calendar. Look at Breakout, Qualified or Docket for both jobs, or the chat-only option at the end of the list.
- **Both, in one place.** The chat greets known accounts by name and routes them to the right rep. Look at Breakout, Qualified or Docket, or pair an identification tool with a chat tool.

[Figure: Diagram mapping Warmly's two jobs, identifying visitors and chatting to book meetings, to the alternatives that replace one job or both] Which Warmly alternatives replace which job: both jobs, identification only, or the chat that books meetings. Based on each vendor's pages, read 5 October 2026.

## How we picked and checked these tools

A tool made this list if it does at least one of Warmly's two jobs for B2B websites today: identifying the people or companies who visit, or talking to visitors and booking meetings. We kept the list to tools a Warmly customer is likely to compare, and left out contact databases with no website component.

- **Pages read.** Each vendor's own pricing, product and help pages. The inbound AI SDRs were read in September 2026 and again on 5 October 2026; RB2B, Leadfeeder, 6sense and HubSpot's Buyer Intent pages were read on 5 October 2026. Every price and capability is a dated fact you can hover over.
- **Chats asked.** We asked the chats on Warmly's and Qualified's own websites what they cost, on 1 and 2 October 2026, without giving contact details. Sources: [Our test chat with Warmly's website chat](https://www.warmly.ai/p/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 2 October 2026); [Our test chat asking Qualified's Piper for a price](https://www.qualified.com/) (Qualified; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **Left out.** Koala still appears on older lists of Warmly alternatives, but its own site says it has been acquired by Cursor and is shutting down. Sources: [Koala pricing](https://getkoala.com/pricing) (Koala; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- **Not done.** We did not trial every product, and we do not repeat vendors' claims about match rates or results. A Not documented cell means we could not find the capability on the vendor's public pages; the product may still have it.
- **Our interest.** We build one of the tools on this list, and its section says plainly what it does not do.

Best for, Not for, pros and cons come from the review of each product that we keep current across our guides. The summaries and verdicts here were written for someone replacing Warmly.

## Person-level or company-level identification: which do you need?

Visitor identification comes in two strengths, and the difference decides which of these tools can replace Warmly for you.

Company-level identification matches a visit to an organisation, usually from the network it comes from. It tells you that someone from a given company read your pricing page, not who. Leadfeeder, HubSpot's Buyer Intent, 6sense, Qualified and Docket work at this level, and it works for visitors from most countries. Sources: [Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Buyer Intent, Intent Signals, and Custom Signals: FAQ](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/data-management/buyer-intent-intent-signals-and-custom-signals-frequently-asked-questions) (HubSpot; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Qualified Signals](https://www.qualified.com/signals) (Qualified; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

Person-level identification names the individual, which is what Warmly, Breakout and RB2B sell. It depends on matching the visitor to a database of people, and it is limited by privacy law. RB2B says its person-level data covers US traffic only, for GDPR and CCPA reasons, while its company-level identification works worldwide. Sources: [RB2B: identify your website visitors](https://www.rb2b.com/) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

So if most of your buyers are in Europe, a person-level tool will name few of them, and a company-level tool is the realistic choice. If your buyers are mostly in the US and your reps follow up one person at a time, person-level data is worth paying for. Either way, ask your privacy counsel how the tool fits your cookie banner and privacy notice before you install it.

[Figure: Two example alerts compared: company-level identification names Example Co., person-level names a person, with the tools at each level] Company-level vs person-level identification, with example alerts (not real visitors). Tool levels from each vendor's pages, 5 October 2026.

## What Warmly does well, and what to keep

Before you replace Warmly, list what it does well, so the replacement does not quietly drop it.

- **Prices you can read.** Warmly publishes its tiers, and its own chat listed every price without asking who we were. Breakout, RB2B, Leadfeeder and Docket publish prices too; Qualified and 6sense do not. Sources: [Our test chat with Warmly's website chat](https://www.warmly.ai/p/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 2 October 2026).
- **Booking in the chat.** Warmly books meetings directly in the chat, through Google Calendar, Outlook or Chili Piper links. Breakout, Qualified and Docket also book in the chat; the identification-only tools leave that to your reps. Sources: [Warmly AI Chatbot](https://www.warmly.ai/p/inbound-agent/ai-chatbot) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Using Chili Piper Booking Links in Warmly Chat & AI Inbound Autopilot Agent](https://help.warmly.ai/articles/2643494228-using-chili-piper-booking-links-in-warmly-chat-ai-inbound-autopilot-agent) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **Names, not only companies.** Warmly identifies people as well as companies. Among the alternatives, only Breakout and RB2B do the same, and RB2B only on US traffic.
- **Testing before launch.** Warmly says its AI can be fully tested before use. Ask any replacement how you can check its answers before real visitors see them. Sources: [AI in Warmly FAQ](https://help.warmly.ai/articles/6933942349-ai-in-warmly-faq) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026).

Where Warmly asks more of you is the commitment: annual or quarterly contracts with monthly credits, starting at $10,000/yr for identification alone. Most of the alternatives below let you start smaller, and several let you start free. Sources: [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

## Breakout: the closest like-for-like swap for Warmly

**Best for:** B2B revenue teams that want an inbound AI SDR covering forms and chat together.
**Not for:** Teams that want to start free, or that only need chat and not forms.

Breakout covers both of Warmly's jobs and publishes what it costs. Its Signals plan identifies the people and companies on your site and alerts your team; Growth adds the inbound AI SDR, which talks to visitors in the chat and on Breakout's Smart Forms and offers a pre-filled, one-click booking. Sources: [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Inbound Agents — Breakout](https://getbreakout.ai/product/engage) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

Signals starts at $500/mo and Growth at $2,000/mo, both billed monthly with seats included. Breakout offers a 30 day trial (Signals), with no card, so you can check the identification on your own traffic before you sign; the AI SDR on Growth starts with a demo. Breakout says AI qualification and meeting booking are unlimited, with no usage charges; get that in writing. Sources: [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Breakout vs Qualified](https://getbreakout.ai/breakout-vs-qualified) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026); [The Inbound AI SDR — Breakout](https://getbreakout.ai/) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Breakout blog: RB2B alternatives](https://getbreakout.ai/blog/rb2b-alternatives-competitors) (Breakout; first accessed 5 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

**Warmly vs Breakout**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| Breakout | People + companies | Yes | $500/mo | Tiered monthly |

**Breakout pros**
- Books meetings from the website chat with pre-filled, one-click booking
- A free trial without a card on the Signals plan
- Published monthly pricing

**Breakout cons**
- Growth, the tier with the AI SDR, starts at four figures a month
- Whether it learns from your website on its own is not specified
- Plans run on annual contracts priced by tier and seats

**Verdict.** Breakout is the first call if you want Warmly's mix of names and conversation with prices you can see. Budget for Growth, not Signals, if the AI SDR is the point.

## Qualified: account signals and Piper for Salesforce teams

**Best for:** Enterprise revenue teams that run on Salesforce and want an AI SDR with a services team behind it.
**Not for:** Small teams without Salesforce, or anyone who wants a price before a sales call.

Qualified pairs two products that map onto Warmly's two jobs. Signals identifies the accounts browsing your website and scores how close each is to buying, using your website data, third-party research intent and Salesforce. Piper, its AI SDR, greets those visitors, qualifies them and books the meeting on the right rep's calendar, with Salesforce deciding who that rep is. Sources: [Qualified Signals](https://www.qualified.com/signals) (Qualified; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [The Playbook for Setting Up and Measuring Piper the AI SDR](https://www.qualified.com/plus/articles/the-playbook-for-setting-up-and-measuring-piper-the-ai-sdr) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

Qualified has the same kind of news as Warmly. Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified, the maker of Piper, on 1 April 2026. The two [best-known inbound AI SDRs](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/ai-sdr-tools) now belong to the two biggest CRM companies, so the simplest test is which CRM you run. Qualified's own website chat would not share a starting price or a typical range. Sources: [Salesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Qualified (editor's note: completed April 1, 2026)](https://www.salesforce.com/news/stories/salesforce-signs-definitive-agreement-to-acquire-qualified/) (Salesforce; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Qualified pricing](https://www.qualified.com/pricing) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Our test chat asking Qualified's Piper for a price](https://www.qualified.com/) (Qualified; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

If you are weighing the Qualified chat bot, Piper, against Warmly's chat, expect more depth and a bigger bill. Qualified's Premier plan covers a text, voice and video agent, website and email conversations, meeting booking and multi-language support. Vendr reports that the median buyer pays $70,000 a year for Qualified, across 192 purchases ranging from $36,150 to $124,473. Breakout, Docket and Warmly itself are the Qualified competitors that cover the same two jobs, and all three publish more of their pricing than Qualified does. Sources: [Qualified pricing](https://www.qualified.com/pricing) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Qualified Software Pricing & Plans 2026](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/qualified) (Vendr; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Warmly vs Qualified**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| Qualified | Accounts | Yes | Quote only; its chat gives no range | Quote-based |

Sources: [Piper the AI SDR Agent](https://www.qualified.com/ai-sdr) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

**Qualified pros**
- Deep Salesforce integration and account-level personalization
- Piper books meetings and follows up by email, on video, voice and text
- Mature enterprise support and implementation
- Part of Salesforce since April 2026, so it sits natively in that stack

**Qualified cons**
- No published pricing and no trial
- Built for Salesforce shops; smaller teams pay for depth they will not use
- Implementation is a project, not an afternoon

**What Qualified users say**

**Users like**
- Qualified's Piper AI SDR qualifies and books visitors around the clock, so SDRs no longer need to staff the chat. “The other big upside is the AI SDR working around the clock.” Sources: [Qualified reviews (G2 reviews syndicated on AWS Marketplace)](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/reviews/reviews-list/prodview-64gr4tjfw6dwm) (G2 (via AWS Marketplace); first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Piper the AI SDR by Qualified Reviews](https://www.trustradius.com/products/qualified/reviews) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Users complain about**
- Qualified's AI agent needs ongoing training and content upkeep; some say it sends visitors down the wrong path. “The AI sometimes has issues … and it sends people down the wrong path.” Sources: [Qualified reviews (G2 reviews syndicated on AWS Marketplace)](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/reviews/reviews-list/prodview-64gr4tjfw6dwm) (G2 (via AWS Marketplace); first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Piper the AI SDR by Qualified Reviews](https://www.trustradius.com/products/qualified/reviews) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- Qualified is premium-priced; several reviewers call it expensive, though most of them add that it pays off. “Its a premium product that is premium priced.” Sources: [Qualified reviews (G2 reviews syndicated on AWS Marketplace)](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/reviews/reviews-list/prodview-64gr4tjfw6dwm) (G2 (via AWS Marketplace); first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Piper the AI SDR by Qualified Reviews](https://www.trustradius.com/products/qualified/reviews) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Verdict.** Qualified is the Warmly alternative for an enterprise that lives in Salesforce. Expect a demo, a quote and an implementation project before it goes live.

## Docket: done-for-you setup for busy B2B sites

**Best for:** Mid-market and enterprise B2B teams with heavy traffic and a deep sales content library.
**Not for:** Smaller sites, self-serve buyers, or anyone who wants to try before signing an annual contract.

Docket's website agent identifies the visiting account, routes it, answers detailed product questions and books meetings, so it also covers both halves of Warmly. Its answers come from what Docket calls a Sales Knowledge Lake: CRM records, call recordings, documents and wikis pulled into one place. Sources: [Docket — the Demand Agent](https://www.docket.io/) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Docket platform](https://www.docket.io/platform) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026).

Docket's Core plan starts at $4,000 per month, billed annually. Plans are tiered by features rather than seats, every plan includes unlimited conversations, and Docket's team does the implementation. Docket states a free trial is not available. Sources: [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Docket FAQs](https://www.docket.io/faqs) (Docket; first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026).

**Warmly vs Docket**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| Docket | Accounts | Yes | $4,000/mo | Annual, by feature tier |

**Docket pros**
- Unlimited conversations on every plan
- Knowledge from calls, CRM and documents, not only web pages
- Docket's team handles implementation

**Docket cons**
- Annual contracts from $4,000/mo, with no trial
- Not self-serve; implementation is done for you
- Opening tests are run by a Docket CSM, not automatically

**What Docket users say**

**Users like**
- Docket gives sellers fast answers to product and technical questions from their company's own knowledge, often inside Slack. “DocketAI can quickly answer and summarises details across a number of valuable internal resources” Sources: [Docket reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/docketai/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- Docket's newer website agent is said to answer complex product questions, qualify visitors and book meetings. “It qualifies intent, routes leads, and even schedules meetings with our reps in real time.” Sources: [Docket reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/docketai/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Users complain about**
- Docket's answers are sometimes inaccurate or outdated, so reps double-check or rephrase their questions. “The tool is only as good as the data you feed it” Sources: [Docket reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/docketai/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- Docket's website agent takes upfront work for companies with many product lines or custom lead flows. “for companies with multiple product lines (like us), you’ll want to invest time upfront” Sources: [Docket reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/docketai/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

_Themes in our words from public user reviews read 6 October 2026._

**Verdict.** Docket suits a high-traffic site that wants identification, deep answers and booking handled by a vendor team. A small site will struggle to justify the annual plan.

## RB2B: person-level identification from a free plan

**Best for:** Teams selling to US buyers that want to know which people and companies visit their website, starting free.
**Not for:** Teams whose buyers are mostly outside the US, or that want the visitor answered and booked on the spot.

RB2B does the identification half of Warmly and nothing else. Install its script and it names the companies visiting your site and, on US traffic, the individual people, then sends them to Slack, your CRM or an outreach tool so someone can follow up. Sources: [RB2B: identify your website visitors](https://www.rb2b.com/) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

RB2B's Free plan is $0 a month, with company-level identification, Slack alerts and 150 resolutions a month. RB2B's Starter plan, the first with person-level identification, is $79 a month for 300 resolutions; Pro starts at $149 a month and Pro+ at $199. Business email addresses and CRM integrations start with Pro, and each plan has a monthly allowance of resolutions with a charge for every one over it. Sources: [RB2B Pricing: Free Plan, Starter $79/mo, Pro from $149](https://www.rb2b.com/pricing) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

RB2B has no chat. If you used Warmly to start conversations, you will need a separate chat tool, or reps who follow up quickly by email.

**Warmly vs RB2B**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| RB2B | People (US) + companies | Not documented | $0/mo | Monthly, by resolutions |

**RB2B pros**
- Names individual visitors on US traffic, not only their companies
- A free plan with no end date, and a 7-day trial of Pro
- Monthly plans with published prices and no annual contract shown
- Sends visitors to Slack, CRMs and outreach tools

**RB2B cons**
- Person-level identification covers US traffic only
- Business emails and CRM integrations start on the Pro plan
- No website chat or meeting booking; another tool has to start the conversation

**What RB2B users say**

**Users like**
- Reviewers say RB2B takes minutes to install with one script and no technical help. “The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 10-15 minutes.” Sources: [RB2B reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/rb2b/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- RB2B's Slack alerts let sales reps act on visitors in real time. “Getting real-time LinkedIn profiles pushed straight to Slack means our sales team can act fast” Sources: [RB2B reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/rb2b/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

- RB2B's credit pricing jumps steeply from free to paid, and credits get spent on non-ICP traffic. “The paid versions are expensive for a solo founder.” Sources: [RB2B reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/rb2b/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- RB2B identifies only a small share of visitors, and only in the US. “The percentage identified is low” Sources: [RB2B reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/rb2b/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

_Themes in our words from public user reviews read 6 October 2026._

**Verdict.** RB2B is the cheapest way to keep Warmly's person-level names, as long as your buyers are in the US. Pair it with a chat tool if the conversation mattered too.

## Leadfeeder: company identification, formerly Dealfront

**Best for:** B2B teams, especially in Europe, that want to see which companies visit their website and push them to the CRM.
**Not for:** Teams that want to know the individual visitor, or want the visitor answered and booked in a chat.

Leadfeeder is the name to look for if you remember Dealfront. Dealfront has renamed itself Leadfeeder, and dealfront.com now redirects to leadfeeder.com. The product identifies which companies visit your site, sends real-time alerts, pushes accounts to your CRM and, on the Activate plan, adds verified emails and phone numbers for people at those companies. It does not name the individual visitor. Sources: [Dealfront Is Now Leadfeeder](https://www.leadfeeder.com/blog/marketing-strategy/dealfront-is-leadfeeder/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

Leadfeeder's Lite plan is free with up to 100 identified companies a month; paid plans start at €79 a month, billed annually. Leadfeeder starts every account with a 14-day trial of the full product, no card needed, then keeps it on the free Lite plan. The company is European and sells itself on compliance with Europe's privacy rules, which matters if many of your visitors are there. Sources: [Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Warmly vs Leadfeeder**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| Leadfeeder | Companies | Not documented | Free; paid from €79/mo | By companies, plus credits |

**Leadfeeder pros**
- A free Lite plan with up to 100 identified companies a month
- A 14-day trial of the full product without a card
- Published paid prices, with contacts at identified companies on Activate
- Says it complies with Europe's privacy rules

**Leadfeeder cons**
- Identifies companies, not the person on the page
- Prices are in euros and the lowest ones assume annual billing
- No website chat or meeting booking

**What Leadfeeder users say**

**Users like**

**Users complain about**
- Leadfeeder (now Dealfront) is expensive for what it does, reviewers say, especially for small teams or high-traffic sites. “Pricing may also be high for smaller firms.” Sources: [Leadfeeder Reviews](https://www.softwareadvice.com/data-management/leadfeeder-profile/reviews/) (Software Advice; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Leadfeeder reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/leadfeeder-leadfeeder/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- Leadfeeder (now Dealfront) misses or misidentifies companies, especially remote workers and small firms, and contact data can be outdated. “visitor identifications can be incomplete or misleading, especially when companies use shared IPs or VPNs” Sources: [Leadfeeder Reviews](https://www.softwareadvice.com/data-management/leadfeeder-profile/reviews/) (Software Advice; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Leadfeeder reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/leadfeeder-leadfeeder/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

_Themes in our words from public user reviews read 6 October 2026._

**Verdict.** Leadfeeder is the sensible pick for a team with European buyers that wants company names in the CRM and a free plan to start on. It will not replace Warmly's chat.

## HubSpot: Buyer Intent in the CRM that agreed to buy Warmly

**Best for:** Teams already on HubSpot that want to see which companies visit their website without adding another vendor.
**Not for:** Companies on another CRM, or teams that want chat to improve without hand-editing flows.

If HubSpot is your CRM, check what you already have before replacing Warmly. HubSpot's Buyer Intent shows which companies visit your website, identified by reverse-IP lookup, and which are researching your category. Browsing those companies is free; adding one to the CRM or tracking it for signals uses HubSpot Credits. It works at company level, not person level. Sources: [Buyer Intent, Intent Signals, and Custom Signals: FAQ](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/data-management/buyer-intent-intent-signals-and-custom-signals-frequently-asked-questions) (HubSpot; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [HubSpot buyer intent software](https://www.hubspot.com/products/crm/intent) (HubSpot; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

For the conversation, HubSpot has free live chat and [the Breeze customer agent](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/hubspot-chatbot). Chatbots share a HubSpot meetings link; the customer agent can route qualified leads to a meeting link. Sales Hub Starter costs $20/seat/mo; the customer agent needs Professional and uses credits for each conversation it resolves. And because Warmly has agreed to join HubSpot, staying with Warmly may end up being a HubSpot-native option too. Sources: [Choose your rule-based chatbot actions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/a-guide-to-bot-actions) (HubSpot; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Set up customer agent actions to qualify leads](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/customer-agent/set-up-customer-agent-actions-to-qualify-leads) (HubSpot; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [HubSpot Sales Hub pricing](https://www.hubspot.com/pricing/sales) (HubSpot; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026).

**Warmly vs HubSpot**
| Tool | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| HubSpot | Companies, with credits | Meetings link | $0/mo | Seats + credits |

**HubSpot pros**
- Free live chat and bots, native to the CRM
- Meetings links and routing already in the platform
- The customer agent learns from public website URLs

**HubSpot cons**
- The AI agent costs credits on top of seats and needs Professional or higher
- Bots are flow builders; you write the openings by hand
- Sales chat is a feature here, not the product

**What HubSpot users say**

**Users complain about**
- Teams want more control over HubSpot's chatbot and Customer Agent: routing, handoff, and separate agents per brand. “the customer agent for web chat can only be connected to a single brand” Sources: [Service Hub Enterprise reviews (G2 reviews syndicated on AWS Marketplace)](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/reviews/reviews-list/prodview-sbq3ncqf7buri) (G2 (via AWS Marketplace); first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

## 6sense: account intent for enterprise ABM teams

**Best for:** Enterprise sales and marketing teams that want account identification, intent data and predictive scoring for account-based selling.
**Not for:** Small teams, anyone who wants a published price, or teams that want a chat that answers visitors.

6sense comes at Warmly's first job from the account-based marketing side. Each of its Sales Intelligence packages includes web visitor identification and intent data, and the larger ones add a predictive model that scores where each account is in its buying journey, plus credits for contact and company data. Sources: [6sense Sales Intelligence pricing](https://6sense.com/pricing/) (6sense; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

6sense publishes no prices; its plans lead to a demo. Its pricing page lists no free plan or trial, and nothing on it describes a chat that talks to visitors on your site, so you would pair it with a separate chat tool. Sources: [6sense pricing](https://www.6sense.com/pricing/) (6sense; first accessed 6 November 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [6sense Sales Intelligence pricing](https://6sense.com/pricing/) (6sense; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

Sources: [People & Company Data API | 6sense](https://6sense.com/platform/people-company-api) (6sense; first accessed 6 November 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

**6sense pros**
- Identifies companies on your website even when no one fills in a form
- Third-party intent data and predictive account scoring
- Contact and company data credits for prospecting

**6sense cons**
- No published prices; every package needs a demo
- No free plan or trial listed
- Identifies and scores accounts; it does not chat with visitors or book meetings on your site

**What 6sense users say**

**Users like**
- 6sense's intent data shows which accounts are in market, so sales and marketing know where to focus first. “Knowing which accounts are actively researching before they fill out a form” Sources: [6sense Reviews from Real Users](https://www.trustradius.com/products/6sense/reviews?qs=pros-and-cons) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [6sense Review Insights](https://www.trustradius.com/products/6sense/reviews/review-insights) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [6sense Revenue Marketing Reviews](https://www.softwareadvice.com/marketing/6sense-profile/reviews/) (Software Advice; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [6sense Revenue Marketing reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/6sense-revenue-marketing/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

**Users complain about**
- 6sense is expensive, with paid add-ons, and reviewers say it suits larger teams better than small companies. “companies with lower budgets or huge segments might not be a great fit for 6sense” Sources: [6sense Reviews from Real Users](https://www.trustradius.com/products/6sense/reviews?qs=pros-and-cons) (TrustRadius; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [6sense Revenue Marketing Reviews](https://www.softwareadvice.com/marketing/6sense-profile/reviews/) (Software Advice; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [6sense Revenue Marketing reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/6sense-revenue-marketing/reviews) (G2; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

_Themes in our words from public user reviews read 6 October 2026._

**Verdict.** 6sense fits an enterprise team running account-based programmes that wants intent data across the whole market, not only its own website. It is more than most Warmly customers need.

## Darwin: the chat that books meetings, without visitor ID

**Best for:** Teams that want website chat to book sales meetings, set up themselves and priced per meeting or qualified request.
**Not for:** Teams that need a support inbox, outbound email, or company-level visitor identification.

It does one of Warmly's two jobs, and for that job, booking sales meetings from website chat, it is the best fit we know. It does not identify visitors or their companies. It is here for teams that mainly used Warmly's chat to answer questions and book meetings, and would rather not pay for identification they rarely act on.

[Give it your website address](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/launch-your-website-ai-assistant) and it reads the site to draft its knowledge, its brand and its first opening lines. When a visitor is ready, it offers times inside the chat through [Calendly](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/integrations/calendly), Google Calendar or [RevenueHero](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/integrations/revenuehero). With automatic testing on, it tries different opening lines on each page, promotes the ones that bring more visitors to the booking step (never one that books fewer meetings) and starts the next test from the winner. Warmly says its top tier auto-learns, and its Smart Popups promote a winning popup offer automatically, but it does not describe testing chat openings. Darwin's Free plan costs $0/mo, covers 5 free credits one time, then charges $30/credit. The paid plans, from $299/mo, include credits every month. If you still want names, pair it with RB2B or Leadfeeder. See [how it works](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/how-it-works) and the [pricing page](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/pricing). **Warmly vs Darwin**
| Tool | Improves on its own | Identifies visitors | Native booking | Starting price | How it charges |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warmly | Auto-learn + popup tests | People + companies | Yes | $10,000/yr | Annual contracts |
| Darwin | Yes | Only via your personal links | In chat: Calendly, Google, RevenueHero | $0/mo | Plan fee + credits |

**Darwin pros**
- With automatic testing on, it tests its own openings and promotes the winners
- Drafts its setup from your website URL
- Offers a time inside the chat, through Calendly, Google Calendar or RevenueHero
- Priced per booked meeting or qualified request, not per seat or per answer

**Darwin cons**
- Website chat only: no email sequences, no visitor identification
- Not a support inbox; there is no ticketing
- A young product with a shorter track record than the incumbents

**Verdict.** Darwin is the pick when Warmly's chat and booking were the part you used: it books in the chat, improves its own openings and charges per meeting. If identification is why you bought Warmly, choose from the tools above, or pair one of them with this chat.

## Breakout, Qualified or Docket: Warmly alternatives that do both jobs

Three of the Warmly alternatives identify visitors and talk to them, as Warmly does. On features they look alike; what separates them is how you buy, how deep the identification goes and who builds the agent.

- **How you pay.** Breakout bills monthly from $500/mo with no annual commitment shown. Docket sells annual plans from $4,000/mo. [Qualified quotes every plan](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/qualified-pricing). Warmly itself sells annual or quarterly contracts. Sources: [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [Docket FAQs](https://www.docket.io/faqs) (Docket; first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026).
- **Who gets identified.** Breakout names people as well as companies, like Warmly. Qualified and Docket work at the account level: they tell you the company, then personalize the chat and route by account.
- **Where the agent learns.** Breakout learns from the knowledge base and content you give it, and Qualified's Piper adds a crawl of your website to the content you upload. Docket draws on what it calls a Sales Knowledge Lake of CRM records, call recordings, documents and wikis, which suits a team with a large library of sales calls. Sources: [Inbound Agents — Breakout](https://getbreakout.ai/product/engage) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [The Playbook for Setting Up and Measuring Piper the AI SDR](https://www.qualified.com/plus/articles/the-playbook-for-setting-up-and-measuring-piper-the-ai-sdr) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [The Qualified AI content crawler](https://university.qualified.com/configuring-piper-the-ai-sdr-agent-84/the-qualified-ai-content-crawler-356) (Qualified (Qualified University knowledge base); first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Docket platform](https://www.docket.io/platform) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026).
- **Who builds it.** Breakout and Warmly are set up by your team. Docket's team does the implementation, and a Qualified rollout is a project with Salesforce at its centre.
- **Which CRM you run.** Qualified belongs to Salesforce and Warmly has agreed to join HubSpot, so the CRM you run is a fair tie-breaker between those two. Sources: [Warmly Is Joining HubSpot](https://www.warmly.ai/p/blog/warmly-is-joining-hubspot) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Salesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Qualified (editor's note: completed April 1, 2026)](https://www.salesforce.com/news/stories/salesforce-signs-definitive-agreement-to-acquire-qualified/) (Salesforce; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Qualified pricing](https://www.qualified.com/pricing) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

To choose among the three, ask each for a trial or a pilot on your own traffic, then compare the companies or people each one names, how the booking looks on a phone, and the usage charges, in writing, on top of the plan fee. Sources: [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Qualified Signals](https://www.qualified.com/signals) (Qualified; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

## Pairing an identification tool with a chat tool

You do not have to buy both of Warmly's jobs from one vendor. Many teams pair a low-cost identification tool with a separate chat, and the pairing works as long as both feed the same CRM.

- **RB2B or Leadfeeder plus Darwin.** The identification tool sends named companies, or named US visitors, to Slack or the CRM for reps to follow up; the chat answers whoever opens it and books the meeting. The worked example below prices this pair.
- **HubSpot Buyer Intent plus a chat tool.** On HubSpot, Buyer Intent covers the companies, and the chat can be HubSpot's own or another tool that books straight into your reps' calendars.
- **Leadfeeder plus a chat, for European buyers.** Company-level names sit more easily with Europe's privacy rules than person-level data, and the chat still talks to every visitor who opens it.

What a pair cannot do is greet a known account by name, because the chat does not know what the identification tool knows. If that greeting is the point, buy both jobs from Breakout, Qualified or Docket. Sources: [RB2B: identify your website visitors](https://www.rb2b.com/) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026); [Buyer Intent, Intent Signals, and Custom Signals: FAQ](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/data-management/buyer-intent-intent-signals-and-custom-signals-frequently-asked-questions) (HubSpot; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

## What Warmly alternatives cost compared with Warmly

Warmly sells annual contracts, or quarterly ones at a higher rate, starting at $10,000/yr for identification and $20,000/yr once the AI chat is included. The alternatives fall into three groups. Sources: [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/p/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 2 October 2026).

**Free to start.** RB2B and Leadfeeder both have free plans with no end date, limited to company-level data and a small monthly volume. RB2B's Starter plan, the first with person-level identification, is $79 a month for 300 resolutions; Pro starts at $149 a month and Pro+ at $199. Leadfeeder's Lite plan is free with up to 100 identified companies a month; paid plans start at €79 a month, billed annually. HubSpot's Buyer Intent comes with any Starter hub, with credits for each company you add or track. **Annual contracts and quotes.** Docket starts at $4,000/mo, billed annually. Qualified and 6sense publish no prices at all, and Qualified's own chat would not give us a range. Sources: [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [Docket FAQs](https://www.docket.io/faqs) (Docket; first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [6sense Sales Intelligence pricing](https://6sense.com/pricing/) (6sense; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Our test chat asking Qualified's Piper for a price](https://www.qualified.com/) (Qualified; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

Whichever group you look at, divide the yearly cost by the meetings or qualified accounts you expect from it. A cheap identification tool that nobody follows up on costs more per meeting than an expensive one your reps use every day.

[Figure: Price cards in three groups: free to start (RB2B, Leadfeeder, Darwin's Free plan, HubSpot), monthly tiers (Breakout), and annual contracts or quotes] How Warmly and its alternatives charge, grouped by pricing model. ## Free Warmly alternatives and free trials

Warmly lists no free plan or trial on its pricing page, so a free start is one of the easiest ways to test a replacement before you commit. Five of the Warmly alternatives here let you start without paying. Sources: [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

- **RB2B.** RB2B has a free plan with no end date and a 7-day trial of its full-featured Pro plan. The free plan names companies, not people, so use the Pro trial to see how many individuals it names on your US traffic. Sources: [RB2B pricing](https://www.rb2b.com/pricing) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- **Leadfeeder.** Leadfeeder starts every account with a 14-day trial of the full product, no card needed, then keeps it on the free Lite plan. Two weeks on the full product is enough to see which companies it finds on your site. Sources: [Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) (Leadfeeder; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).
- **Breakout.** Breakout offers a 30 day trial (Signals), with no card, which tests the identification; the AI SDR on Growth starts with a demo. Sources: [The Inbound AI SDR — Breakout](https://getbreakout.ai/) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Breakout blog: RB2B alternatives](https://getbreakout.ai/blog/rb2b-alternatives-competitors) (Breakout; first accessed 5 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **HubSpot.** Browsing the companies that Buyer Intent finds is free on Starter plans and above, and HubSpot's free tools include live chat. Sources: [Buyer Intent, Intent Signals, and Custom Signals: FAQ](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/data-management/buyer-intent-intent-signals-and-custom-signals-frequently-asked-questions) (HubSpot; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [HubSpot Sales Hub pricing](https://www.hubspot.com/pricing/sales) (HubSpot; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **Darwin.** Free has no monthly fee and includes 5 free credits once, so you pay only after the chat has booked meetings or taken requests. Sources: [Darwin pricing: plans, credits and add-ons](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/pricing) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 20 October 2026).

Docket states a free trial is not available, and Qualified and 6sense list neither a free plan nor a trial. Whatever you try, set one measure before you start: the share of your target accounts an identification tool names, or the number of meetings a chat books. A free plan only helps if you know what result would make you pay. Sources: [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [6sense Sales Intelligence pricing](https://6sense.com/pricing/) (6sense; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

## What a year of each costs: a worked example

Starting prices only mean something against a volume, so here is one year at list price, before discounts and tax, for a team whose website chat books about 15 meetings a month, or 180 a year.

- **Warmly.** Identification alone starts at $10,000/yr, and the AI chat comes with Inbound Chat from $20,000/yr, so a year with the chat starts at $20,000. Sources: [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/p/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 2 October 2026).
- **Breakout.** Signals at $500/mo comes to $6,000 a year; Growth, with the AI SDR, at $2,000/mo comes to $24,000. Sources: [Breakout pricing](https://getbreakout.ai/pricing) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Breakout vs Qualified](https://getbreakout.ai/breakout-vs-qualified) (Breakout; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026).
- **Docket.** Core at $4,000/mo, billed annually, comes to $48,000 a year. Sources: [Docket pricing](https://www.docket.io/pricing) (Docket; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [Docket FAQs](https://www.docket.io/faqs) (Docket; first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026).
- **RB2B.** Starter, the first plan with person-level names, at $79/mo comes to $948 a year. Sources: [RB2B Pricing: Free Plan, Starter $79/mo, Pro from $149](https://www.rb2b.com/pricing) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **Darwin.** On Free, the first 5 credits are free once and the other 175 meetings are charged at $30/credit: $5,250. On Growth, $299/mo includes 10 credits a month and the other 5 cost $25 each: $5,088 a year on monthly billing, or $4,490 paid annually, the cheaper of the two at this volume. Sources: [Darwin pricing: plans, credits and add-ons](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/pricing) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 20 October 2026).

Put RB2B Starter and Darwin Growth, paid annually, together and you have names for US visitors and a chat that books meetings for $5,438 a year, against $20,000 for Warmly with its chat. Spread over 180 meetings, that is about $30 a meeting for the pair and about $111 for Warmly, if Warmly booked the same number. Sources: [Darwin pricing: plans, credits and add-ons](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/pricing) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

The comparison is not like for like. The pair cannot greet a named account in the chat, because the chat does not know who the visitor is, and RB2B names people on US traffic only. Warmly's higher tiers add an Autopilot agent that follows up on its own. If those matter, compare Warmly with Breakout or Docket instead, whose prices are closer to Warmly's.

[Figure: Bar chart of one year at list price: Docket from $48,000, Breakout Growth from $24,000, Warmly Inbound Chat from $20,000, RB2B plus Darwin Growth paid annually $5,438] Example: one year at list price, at 15 booked meetings a month. Prices from each vendor's pricing page, checked 5 October 2026; Darwin's from 20 October 2026.

## Warmly alternatives for booking meetings from website chat: where Darwin fits

If the part of Warmly you would miss is the chat that turns a visitor into a meeting, Darwin is the best fit for that job, for four reasons.

- **It books inside the chat.** When a visitor is ready, it offers times and [books the meeting in the conversation](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/website-chat-to-booked-meetings) through Calendly, Google Calendar or RevenueHero, so nobody is sent to a separate scheduling page. Sources: [Connect your scheduling page](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/meetings/how-meetings-get-booked) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
- **It gets better on its own.** Of the 59 website chat, chatbot and AI SDR tools we have checked, Darwin is the only one whose documentation describes testing its own chat openings on live traffic, keeping whichever brings more visitors to the booking step, and starting the next test from that winner, with no one setting the tests up. It works like the scientific method, or natural selection, which Darwin is named after: variation, a fair test on real visitors, keep what wins, repeat, with nobody running the experiments. Autopilot lists auto-learning chat and Smart Popups can auto-promote winning offers; an autonomous opening test loop is not documented. Sources: [How Darwin improves your openings](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/experiments/how-darwin-improves-openings) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Turn on automatic testing](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/experiments/automatic-testing) (Darwin; first accessed 6 November 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Warmly](https://www.warmly.ai/) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [AI in Warmly FAQ](https://help.warmly.ai/articles/6933942349-ai-in-warmly-faq) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/p/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026); [Smart Popups | Intent-Based Popups That Convert](https://www.warmly.ai/p/inbound-agent/popups) (Warmly; first accessed 13 October 2026, last confirmed 13 October 2026).
- **It is priced per meeting.** Free has no monthly fee and charges $30/credit once the free credits are used; paid plans start at $299/mo. Warmly's chat comes with an annual or quarterly contract. Sources: [Darwin pricing: plans, credits and add-ons](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/pricing) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 20 October 2026).
- **It sets itself up from your site.** Give it your website address and it drafts its knowledge, its brand and its first opening lines from your own pages. You review them, connect a calendar and paste one snippet. Sources: [Set up with Darwin](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/getting-started/set-up-with-darwin) (Darwin; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Install Darwin on your website](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/help/website-platforms/install-on-any-website) (Darwin; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 October 2026).

[Figure: Darwin's testing loop in four steps, variation, a fair test, selection, repeat, beside an example chat where a visitor books a demo time] How Darwin improves its opening lines, beside an example chat that books inside the conversation. Steps from Darwin's docs, 6 October 2026.

Know what you give up. Darwin does not identify visitors, so it cannot greet a known account by name or alert your reps about visitors who never open the chat. It does not send email sequences or follow up on its own outside the chat, and it is not a help desk with an inbox and tickets. If the names matter, pair it with RB2B or Leadfeeder, as in the worked example above; if you want names and chat from one vendor, Breakout is the closer match.

> **Read “Not documented” carefully** A cell that says Not documented marks a gap in the vendor's public pages on the day we checked, not proof that the feature is missing. If that feature decides your shortlist, ask for a demo of it and get the answer in writing.

## How to switch from Warmly

1. **Write down what you use.** Identification, alerts, the AI chat, Autopilot outreach, retargeting. Anything you do not use is a feature you can stop paying for.
2. **Check your contract dates.** Warmly bills annually or quarterly, so find the renewal date and any notice period before you plan the switch.
3. **Export what Warmly knows.** Identified accounts, chat transcripts, routing rules and the questions your chat answers most. The transcripts are the best starting point for the new tool's knowledge.
4. **Run the identification tools side by side.** Most install with one script. Give the new tool two weeks on the same traffic and compare which companies or people each one finds.
5. **Rebuild routing and alerts.** Recreate Slack alerts, CRM owner rules and lead scores, and check that new records land in the CRM as you expect.
6. **Rebuild the chat and test a booking.** Load your content, connect the calendar, then book a test meeting from a phone and from a desktop.
7. **Remove Warmly's script and update your privacy notice.** Name the new vendor in your cookie banner and privacy policy, and cancel before the renewal date.

## Questions to ask Warmly alternatives before you sign

Demos of Warmly alternatives all look good on the vendor's own traffic. These questions show how a tool will do on yours.

1. **How many of my visitors will you name?** Ask for a trial or a pilot on your site, and compare the result with the accounts you already know visited.
2. **People or companies, and where?** Person-level data depends on the visitor's country; ask which of your markets it covers.
3. **What does a booking look like?** Book a test meeting from a phone. Count the steps between the visitor's yes and a time on the calendar.
4. **Who writes the chat, and how does it improve?** Ask whether someone on your team writes the openings and runs the tests, or whether the tool does.
5. **What do credits or overages cost?** Warmly, RB2B and HubSpot all meter usage. Get the rate for going over in writing. Sources: [Warmly pricing](https://www.warmly.ai/pricing) (Warmly; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [RB2B pricing](https://www.rb2b.com/pricing) (RB2B; first accessed 6 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [HubSpot Product and Services Catalog: HubSpot Credits Rate Sheet](https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog) (HubSpot; first accessed 5 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).
6. **What happens after a merger?** Warmly has agreed to join HubSpot and Qualified now belongs to Salesforce. Ask what changes for customers on another CRM. Sources: [Warmly Is Joining HubSpot](https://www.warmly.ai/p/blog/warmly-is-joining-hubspot) (Warmly; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Salesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Qualified (editor's note: completed April 1, 2026)](https://www.salesforce.com/news/stories/salesforce-signs-definitive-agreement-to-acquire-qualified/) (Salesforce; first accessed 2 October 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026); [Qualified pricing](https://www.qualified.com/pricing) (Qualified; first accessed 11 September 2026, last confirmed 6 November 2026).

## How to choose between Warmly alternatives

Match the tool to the part of Warmly you would miss most.

- If you want names and a chat agent from one vendor with prices on the website, start with Breakout.
- Enterprise teams on Salesforce that want account signals and [an AI SDR](https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/what-is-an-ai-sdr) in the same stack should look at Qualified.
- Docket is the choice for a busy site that wants the vendor to build and run the agent.
- For the names of individual US visitors at the lowest price, RB2B is the place to start, and its free plan costs nothing to try.
- Teams with many European visitors, or that only need company names in the CRM, should try Leadfeeder's free plan.
- HubSpot customers should turn on Buyer Intent first, and watch how Warmly fits into HubSpot after the deal.
- 6sense is worth a demo for an enterprise running account-based marketing on intent data.
- If what you used was the chat that answers visitors and books meetings, Darwin is the best fit: it books in the chat, tests its own openings and starts with no monthly fee, though it identifies no one.
- And if your team already prospects in Apollo, its Inbound add-on also identifies companies that visit your website. Sources: [Apollo.io Pricing](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) (Apollo; first accessed 16 September 2026, last confirmed 5 October 2026).

## Questions

**What is Warmly?**

Warmly is a B2B website tool that does two things. It identifies the people and companies visiting your site, and its AI chat then talks to those visitors, qualifies them and books meetings on your reps' calendars. It sells annual or quarterly contracts in tiers, from identification alone up to an Autopilot agent. In June 2026 it agreed to be acquired by HubSpot.

**Is HubSpot buying Warmly?**

Yes. Warmly announced on 30 June 2026 that it had agreed to be acquired by HubSpot. Warmly says existing contracts, pricing, account teams and integrations are unchanged for now, and that its agents will connect to HubSpot's platform over time. If you run HubSpot, that makes Warmly more attractive; if you run another CRM, ask about the roadmap before renewing.

**What is the cheapest Warmly alternative?**

For identification, RB2B and Leadfeeder both have free plans, and RB2B's paid plans with person-level data start at $79/mo. Breakout is the cheapest tool that does both jobs and publishes its prices.

**Are there free Warmly alternatives?**

Yes, for parts of the job. RB2B and Leadfeeder have free plans for identification, Breakout gives a free trial of its Signals plan, and HubSpot's free tools include live chat. None of the tools that do both of Warmly's jobs is free beyond a trial.

**Which Warmly alternatives identify individual visitors?**

Breakout and RB2B both list person-level identification, as Warmly does. RB2B limits it to US traffic. Leadfeeder, HubSpot's Buyer Intent, 6sense, Qualified and Docket identify companies or accounts rather than the person on the page.

**Does Darwin identify website visitors?**

No. It does not identify the people or companies visiting your site. It answers the visitors who open the chat and books meetings with them. If you need names as well, pair it with an identification tool such as RB2B or Leadfeeder.
