# Our editorial approach — Darwin blog

How Darwin presents product guides, sources, authorship, and corrections in its blog.

This is the Markdown version of https://www.meetdarwin.ai/blog/editorial-policy, published by Darwin and generated on 27 October 2026.

This blog is published by Darwin. We write about our product and the work of turning website conversations into meetings, and we make that commercial relationship visible.

## Who is writing?

Every article links to its author profile, which shows the author's role, topics, research method and every article they have written. We do not invent credentials, customer quotes, or independent endorsements.

## How do we research a product?

Articles show how they were researched. Every product we review carries a dated note on how: which of its own pages we read, whether we asked its website chat, and whether we trialed it. When we did not trial a product, the note says so. Darwin is our product; its facts come from the same kind of sourced, dated records, and we do not put it first by default.

## What supports a claim?

Product facts link to supporting material and show when they were checked. Sources carry their own access dates. An illustration is not a customer result.

## How is an article reviewed?

Every article goes through the same checks before it is published, however its first draft was written. We use AI tools to help research and draft; they do not replace these checks.

- **Facts come from records, not memory.** Every price, plan detail or capability we state about a product comes from a shared record with its source and the date it was checked. The CMS refuses to publish an article whose facts, claims or sources are missing, unpublished or retracted.
- **Reviews have a due date.** Each product review records how it was done and when it must be checked again; when one comes due, every article that uses it goes back for review.
- **Read as a buyer would.** Before it ships, the article is read from top to bottom for clarity and for who each tool suits and who it doesn't, Darwin included.
- **A named person is accountable.** Ari Goldstein, Darwin's founder and CEO, is responsible for every article published under his name.

## When was it updated?

The original publication date stays attached; the update date reflects a meaningful revision.

## What do the results mean?

A feature is not a performance guarantee. We do not present hypothetical outcomes as measured customer results.
